The restaurant’s name, Cotoletta, is Italian for cutlet or chop, a throwback to Old World Italian fare using the freshest seasonal ingredients. The menu offers fresh seafood, homemade Italian comfort food and sustainable specials featuring seasonal and local produce. Amadio’s butcher delivers a special combination of ground beef, veal and pork for her famous meatballs on a daily basis. Guests can enjoy their favorite bottle of wine with no corkage fee. Ordering to-go is also available.
