To showcase its modern lobby renovations, the Colonial Theatre is hosting a harvest breakfast on Nov. 4, from 8 to 11 a.m. Expect a tempting menu courtesy of chef Bill Rutter, from Phoenixville favorite Your Mom’s Place, who will be whipping up omelets, crêpes, quiches and a French toast casserole.
The omelet station will offer options right off the griddle like a roasted herbed squash and melted Gruyère cheese omelet with a chipotle aioli. Or try a wild mushroom and spinach omelet with fresh-cured candied bacon.
As for the crêpes, go for the seasonal pumpkin topped with a dolce crème, or a nutmeg ricotta-stuffed crêpe piled high with a pear compote.
