The much-anticipated inaugural Citadel Country Spirit USAwill take place Aug. 24-26 at the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Grounds in Glenmoore. While music is the highlight of the festival—which is headlined by Alabama, Toby Keith and Brad Paisley—there’ll be no shortage of good eats, either.

In traditional fashion, festivalgoers can expect everything from fried Oreos to falafel to plenty of barbecue. Among the savory food options on site will be devil crab fries from Philly Fry, pretzel rolls from Pbon’s Fresh Phood, smoked brisket from Oscar’s BBQ, and pulled pork mac and cheese from Old Red Star BQ. Also look for grilled cheese options from Chester Springs’ Bee’s Knees Grill and a rib-eye cheesesteak from Four Boys Grill.
Additional food purveyors include Corndog Inc., Efe’s Greek Food, Hebros Kitchen, Waffles & Wedges, and Yellow Springs Catering, and drinks include Sierra Nevada beer, Barefoot Wine and Jose Cuervo.
