If you’re a food magazine addict like I am, you probably look forward to Food & Wine’s July issue, where the country’s best up-and-coming chefs are spotlighted. This year, the publication is adding a new category: People’s Best New Chef. There are 100 nominees from 10 regions across the country, and one of the deserved contenders is Conshohocken’s own Chip Roman of both Blackfish and the anticipated Mica in Chestnut Hill.
