Highlights from some of the menus include Mica’s charcoal grilled hanger steak with creamed corn, Jansen’s baked Norwegian salmon with asparagus and truffle salad, and Thai Kuu’s pineapple himmaparn, a spicy stir fry served in a hallowed out half-shell pineapple.
