Chef Clifford Pleau of Seasons 52 in King of Prussia Wins Award for Fresh Produce

Produce excellence—a rare honor among chain restaurants—is well-earned by Seasons 52 chef Cliff Pleau.

Chef PleauFew chain restaurants frequently change their menus to reflect seasonal ingredients. But most chain restaurants aren’t like Seasons 52 in King of Prussia.

Chef Clifford Pleau, who’s corporate executive chef for Seasons 52, was recently honored by the United Fresh Produce Association with the 2011 Produce Excellence in Foodservice Award for Fine Dining. Out of 120 nominations, only six chefs were recognized at the New Orleans convention—so this award is a pretty big deal!

If you haven’t had a chance to get to Seasons 52 yet (I’m one of them!), you can expect dishes that are no more than 475 calories and boast seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Check out the menu at seasons52.com.
