Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial kickoff to summer, and what better way to spend it than celebrating alongside family and friends with food, wine and live music. Chaddsford Winery is the place to party all weekend long at its Memorial Day Music Festival.
Chaddsford will be rocking at the winery all weekend long with back-to-back bands and the M & M Catering food truck on-site. Admission to the festival is free, and all wine and food purchases are pay-as-you-go.
Live Music Lineup:
- Saturday: Hake and Jarema from 12–3 p.m.
- Saturday: Revolution Heroes from 3:30–6:30 p.m.
- Sunday: Roger Girke from 3–6 p.m.
- Monday: The Little Red Rooster Blues Band from 3–6 p.m.
On Memorial Day, join Chaddsford Winery for a unique opportunity to visit one of its local grower’s vineyards. The experience includes a traditional wine tasting, transportation, a tour by the owners of Historic Hopewell Vineyards in Oxford, and a glass of wine in the vineyard. Tickets are $25 per person. When the tour is over, hang out at the winery and listen to some music at the Memorial Day Music Festival.
Can’t make it Chaddsford Winery on Memorial Day Weekend? Chaddsford recently debuted an expanded patio menu featuring small bites, wine cocktails, craft beer and—of course—wine by the glass, flight and bottle. Highlights include beers from local brewers like Locust Lane, Conshohocken Brewing Company and 2SP. Light bites include tater tot waffle nachos, ciabatta baguette with sea salt butter and seasonal offerings of cheeses, meats and pickled mushrooms.
The new menu gives visitors even more beverage options and will introduce a variety of delicious snacks. Chaddsford will continue to feature local food trucks on-site during weekend festivals to provide heartier fare. Guests are welcome to pack a picnic with their own food, too.
The patio menu is offered on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting.
