Caymus Wine Dinner at The Gables at Chadds Ford

Taste some of Napa Valley’s finest wines at an exclusive five-course dinner on January 16 at 6 p.m. at The Gables at Chadds Ford. The Gables has tapped Caymus Vineyards from the Wagner Family of Wine out of Rutherford, Calif., to provide the wine for this special evening. Executive chef Dave Wenerd has created a special menu to pair with each of the wines. Take a peek at the menu below:

First Course

Roasted Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms
