If you like pork, you’re going to love what Gilmore’s in West Chester has in store for you on June 12. With seatings at 2:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., its Pig Fest consists of a five-course meal for only $48. The menu sounds absolutely delish. Guests will start with a tomato-and-peach gazpacho with Millionaire’s bacon, followed by a 12-hour pork belly with sauterne, poached apple and pomegranate gastrique. Next up: slow-cooked pulled spareribs with chipotle mac-n-cheese, followed then by pork tenderloin. Dessert is a strawberry rhubarb crisp with candied ginger ice cream.
