Café With a Cause: The Black Cat Café Supports Broomall's Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society (PALS)

You won’t think twice about your breakfast or lunch bill at this Devon café. Every penny benefits homeless cats, while you enjoy a satisfying meal.

It’s also a pet rescue, owned by the Broomall nonprofit Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society (PALS), which seeks loving homes for pets. The restaurant staff is volunteer only, and every dime goes toward saving and finding homes for homeless cats. If you come on Saturdays, the Chester Springs-based All 4 Paws pet rescue is on the premises with dogs that are up for adoption. Not only will your money benefit a great cause, but you’ll walk away with a satisfying meal. Gourmet salads are hearty and fresh, the sandwich menu is amazing, and the specialty coffee is reason enough to come and sit for a while. Visit theblackcatcafe.org.
