Brewer’s Plate Returns on March 30

Main Line locavores and beer enthusiasts can expect 11 western suburbs participants, including Iron Hill, Bluebird Distilling and Locust Lane.

The Brewer’s Plate is the place to be when it comes to eating and drinking, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic region. The 14th annual foodie festival will be held at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on March 30. Over 70 outstanding chefs, farmers, food artisans, brewers, distillers and winemakers will be in attendance, including 11 Main Line and surrouding area purveyors. Here’s a look:

Proceeds for this culinary extravaganza benefit Fair Food, a nonprofit organization that strives to connect local farmers with businesses and customers, promote family farms and create a marketplace for year-round fresh and local foods within the greater Philadelphia area.

VIP tickets are $99 and include entry at 6:30 p.m., and general admission tickets are $77, which grants access at 7:30 p.m. VIP ticket holders may also sip on exclusive beers and receive a special edition Brewer’s Plate VIP glass.
