For something sandwich adjacent, True Food Kitchen’s vegetarian-friendly avocado toast checks all the breakfast sandwich boxes (sans that second slice of toast) with smashed avocado, sourdough toast, a Vital Farms pasture-raised jammy egg, pickled Fresno chile, parmesan and chili garlic crunch.
