As hosted annually by Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, the Brandywine Valley Craft Brewers Festival will expose the latest offerings from regional breweries, with all proceeds donated to Media Youth Center.
Participating breweries for this year’s event include: Appalachian Brewing Company, Bethlehem (Fegley’s) Brew Works, Flying Fish Brewing Company, Lancaster Brewing Company, Old Forge Brewing Company, Prism Brewing Company, Rock Bottom Brewery, Round Guys Brewery, Ship Bottom Brewery, Sly Fox Brewhouse and Eatery, Stewart’s Brewing Company, Stoudt’s Brewing Company, Tired Hands Brewing Company, Triumph Brewing Company, Troegs Brewery, Twin Lakes Brewing Company, Victory Brewing Company and Weyerbacher Brewing Company.
The rain-or-shine festival includes unlimited beer tastings and live music. Food is be available for purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis, as provided by Iron Hill.
Since its inception in 2000, the Brandywine Valley Craft Brewers’ Festival has generated more than $140,000 for the Center.
The festival takes place outdoors at Iron Hill’s Media location, found at 30 E. State St. Tickets are available for $45 per person; advance ticket purchase is strongly suggested, as this event often sells out early. More information is available at ironhillbrewery.com.
