Celebrate all things local, from food and wine to music and crafts, at the second annual Brandywine Food & Wine Festival! The festival, presented by the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail, Main Line Today and Delaware Today, will be taking place, rain or shine, June 8 from noon-6 p.m. at the Myrick Conservation Center, located in West Chester.
Taste, learn about and enjoy regional wines from 10 Brandywine Valley area wineries, including Chaddsford Winery, Penns Woods Winery and Kreutz Creek Vineyards. Wine and cooking demos from Jonathan Amann, chef at Amani’s BYOB restaurant and two-time winner of Best Chef in Chester County; The Chester County Beekeepers Association; and Pike Creek Coffee Roasterie will also be part of the day’s fun festivities, in addition to music and the opportunity to shop wares from local artisans.
Come hungry and enjoy authentic Korean fare with a modern twist from Ka-Chi Truck, artisan cheeses from Farm Fromage, gourmet wood-fired pizza from Forno Inferno, tastes of the sea from Sherri’s Crab Cakes, down-home bites from Jimmy’s BBQ and more. Satisfy your sweet tooth with treats from Bridge Street Chocolates, Dia Doce and Scooped Ice Cream.
Advance tickets are $15 and can be purchased online or at any Brandywine Valley Wine Trail member winery; tickets will be $20 at the gate.
