Get ready to sip, snack and stroll your way around Kennett Square as the Kennett Brewfest unfolds on Oct. 13 from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
“This year we are celebrating the 21st anniversary of the Kennett Brewfest,” says Mary Hutchins, executive director of Historic Kennett Square. “This year we will have close to 100 breweries at the fest including Evil Genius Beer Company, Hollow Earth Brewing, Free Will Brewing, Cape May Brewing and our own Victory Brewing Company and Kennett Brewing Company.”

In addition to those favorites, there will also be a host of new breweries and cideries at the festival, says Brewfest chairman Jeff Norman. Among them are Braeloch Brewing, Pottstown United Brewing, Sterling Pig, Suburban Brewing, Mad Chef Craft Brewery and Graft Cidery.
Also new in 2018 are early-entry “Connoisseur Session” tickets, which gives attendees access to specialty brews not available during the regular event.
In addition to brews, there will be food from Talula’s Table, Natalie’s Fine Foods and The Polish Connection, plus live music from Carl Filipiak & the Jimi Jazz Band and The Sin City Band.
The Kennett Brewfest, which benefits Historic Kennett Square, is rain or shine and open to those 21 and over.
