Already renowned for its contemporary Euro-Asian fare, Azie on Main in Villanova has taken up the task of broadening its beverage program with the assistance of mixologist extraordinaire, Pablo “Papi” Hurtado. Papi, who’s been shaking, stirring and muddling for years at some of the area’s finest establishments, has created a round of refreshing, light cocktails just perfect for a sultry August evening.
Azie’s new libations combine fruit with refreshing flavors like mango, pineapple, pear, shiso (mint) and yuzu (citrus). Pick your favorite—bitter, sweet, salty, sour, up or on the rocks—and chill out on Azie’s breezy outdoor patio.
