At A&M Factory, Healthy and Environmentally-Friendly Choices Reign Supreme

The fast-casual Malvern eatery touts an organic and sustainable menu, with dishes that are almost too beautiful to eat.

Ashley Kessler and Maroš Hajduk are the 20-something duo behind industrial-chic Malvern newcomer A&M Factory. Located next to the Classic Diner, A&M serves breakfast and lunch, touting a homemade, organic, gluten-free and grain-free menu. Ever conscious of the environment, the pair has made serious strides toward sustainability with its compostable to-go containers and glass drinking straws. And the cuisine is some of the healthiest you’ll find in the area.

Menu highlights include a hearty breakfast burrito, a filling vegan scramble, and a smoothie bowl that’s nothing less than a visual—and literal—feast. Lunch features creative wraps like the roasted cauliflower cheesesteak with homemade cheese. It’s like no plant-based sandwich you’ve had before. Salads are brimming with fresh veggies, and the smoothies do wonders with bland greens like kale, spinach and avocado.

All that quality does come at a cost, as most platters average $11.95. But the welcoming two-tier space, with its extended kitchen counter, helps to ease the sticker shock.
