Jose Garces is taking three of his beloved Philly restaurants—Village Whiskey, Amada and Distrito—to the new beachfront destination, Revel Casino Atlantic City, in spring 2012. He will join nearly a dozen other restaurants set to open in the 6.3-million-square-foot space.
Like in Philly, Amada will feature Spanish tapas and larger plates, plus live flamenco performances. At Village Whiskey, diners can enjoy American bar food—including its famous burger—washed down by one of the many available whiskeys. And diners looking for some Mexican eats will love Distrito’s take-out window, inspired by the favorite Guapos Taco Truck in Philly, or a sit-down meal with margaritas from the margarita bar.
