Beer Garden at The Gables at Chadds Ford

Every Thursday evening throughout summer, the Gables at Chadds Ford’s outdoor beer garden will be open from 6-11 p.m. Guests can sip on a variety of beers and wines on the restaurant’s terrace and play lawn games. There will also be live entertainment, with a different band performing each night.

Trails on Tap
Thru Aug. 4, Various Locations
This pop-up beer garden will travel to different parks along the Schuylkill River Trail this summer, making stops in Norristown, Royersford, Pottstown and Valley Forge. Each location will have outdoor seating and hammocks, as well as free bike and kayak rentals. Look for pours from Philadelphia’s Mainstay Independent, as well as food options. Even better? Proceeds benefit the Schuylkill River Greenway.

Pop-Up Biergarten at Historic Sugartown
June 27 & Aug. 22, Malvern
Explore Historic Sugartown’s 19th century village at this informative pop-up beer garden event. Locust Lane Craft Brewery and Chaddsford Winery will provide libations, while four local food trucks will dish up tasty grub.
Wags & Wine
June 29, Chadds Ford
Spend an afternoon sipping a glass of wine and soaking up sun in the Brandywine River Museum of Art’s courtyard beside man’s best friend. From 2-6 p.m. 1723 Vineyards, Gelar Estate and White Horse will pour their wines, while the museum’s café will provide food. There will also be live music and games.
Parks on Tap
July 10-14, Chestnut Hill
The traveling Parks on Tap beer garden makes a stop at Chestnut Hill’s Pastorious Park, bringing with it draft beer, cider and wine, plus a free yoga class.
Summer Fest Live!
July 20, Philadelphia
During Xfinity Live!’s summer beer festival, attendees get access to unlimited samples of more than 175 craft brews. To elevate the experience, there will be a silent disco, DJs, karaoke and food trucks.
Brews & Bands at Longwood Gardens
Aug. 16, Kennett Square
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how Downingtown’s Victory Brewing Company crafts its beer during this event held at Longwood Gardens. Attendees can sip on different brews and enjoy Longwood’s illuminated fountain show, which will be set to music from icons such as Elton John, James Brown and Bruce Springsteen.
