Join AG Catering and executive chef Alex Garfinkel — whose pedigree includes stints in the kitchens of world-renowned restaurants Le Bec Fin, Morimoto, Amada and Mugaritz (named the fourth-best restaurant in the world in 2013) — at one of three summer dinners—each with its own special twist:

Sage Farmhouse After Dark. This five-course summer dinner will be served at the gorgeous Sage Farmhouse, a flawlessly restored eighteenth-century gem just outside Media. Bring the kids—Sage’s attached childcare center will keep them entertained while you feast on heirloom tomatoes, hickory-smoked rockfish with pickled strawberries, lamb shoulder ravioli and more. Saturday, July 19; tickets $65.

Swarthmore Supper Club. Enjoy a walking tour of the Swarthmore Food Cooperative‘s arboretum and a tasting of local cheeses followed by an indulgent dinner. Look for a country trotter terrine, seared scallop with guanciale & corn fricassee, peaches & cream and other delights to be part of this four-course meal. Friday, August 22; tickets $65.

Tomato Tasting at COOK. Sample 10 different varieties of heirloom tomatoes from Gradyville’s Green Zebra Farm at this five-course vegetarian cooking demo/dinner, to be held at Philadelphia’s COOK. Take your summer recipe routine to the next level with fresh-rolled garganelli in rich heirloom tomato sauce, persimmon tomato sorbet and more divine dishes. Friday, August 29; ticket price to be announced.
