This intimate well-loved sister eatery to Jasper’s Backyard is offering a cultivated six-course tasting menu with truffle custard, kombu-cured hamachi crudo, mushroom cappuccino, butternut squash ravioli and braised short rib from 9 p.m. to midnight in celebration of 2020. From 4-10 p.m., chef Brian LoFink will offer a $65 four-course prix fixe menu at the BYOB Glen Mills location that includes Maine lobster bisque, prime New York strip steak and a hazelnut rocher. Chefs Joe Frost and Seth Arnold present their selection of red beet sashimi, Parisienne gnocchi and rack of lamb at the Devon location, with a full service bar. A la carte dining will also be available.
