Main Line Today 2022 Healthy You Fit Fest

For more than 20 years, Main Line Today has featured the best medical experts, cutting-edge innovations and inspirational patient stories. Now, we’re bringing our pages to life with a series of wellness events.

Participate in monthly pop-up sessions led by local health and wellness experts. 

Masks may be required. In addition, as state protocols and recommendations change, the event plan will be adjusted to ensure  
everyone’s safety. 

Burn Boot Camp elite trainers work with you one-on-one in a motivational group setting to help you achieve your goals. Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, giving you the best results for your time. Burn workouts can be modified up or down, so our high-intensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
