$5In this 1998 remake of the beloved Hayley Mills family-favorite, Lindsay Lohan won our hearts as twin sisters Hallie and Annie, separated as younsters to live with divorced parents – one in California and one in Europe. The girls accidentally meet at summer camp and plot to bring mom and dad back together by swapping identities. Lohan, who won a number of “young entertainer” awards for the roles, met the challenge alongside Dennis Quaid (dad) and Natasha Richardson (mum) and established a foothold as an up-and-coming star.
