STAFF SUPPORT: Events always run smoothly from start to finish, thanks to the White Manor staff. An assistant manager helps the day of the event, and there is a catering manager, an executive chef, and a food-and-beverage manager on staff to coordinate the menu.

DYNAMIC DINING: You and your guests can indulge your appetite at White Manor, thanks to Andrew Smalbach, the executive chef for nine years now. Smalbach changes the menu at the club five times a year, and he loves working with members and clients to create new and exciting menu options. “The banquet packages have a template to work with, but I can always create a different package, depending on what people want,” says Smalbach.

He and his staff are also flexible with food allergies and dietary restrictions, from gluten-free to vegan. “We’re super-passionate about what we do, and we want to customize the food to fit the customer’s needs,” he says.
